The service
Causerie is provided by Flock Capital, LLC. It organizes conversations with third-party language models. Model output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsafe; verify material decisions independently.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your GitHub-authenticated account, your content, and any BYOK credentials. Do not use Causerie to violate law, abuse infrastructure, evade provider policies, or harm another person. Reasonable automated use belongs through documented APIs and their limits.
Billing
Hosted inference is prepaid. Pro and Équipe subscriptions grant monthly hosted credit; unused subscription grants do not become cash. Top-ups buy hosted credit. Generation stops when available credit or a hard budget is exhausted. Stripe handles payment, tax, invoices, cancellation, and refunds.
Content and portability
You keep rights in content you submit. You grant Flock the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display it to provide Causerie. Export and deletion controls remain available regardless of plan.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without a promise that model providers or every feature will remain uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Flock is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
